The multi-area time-lapse software module controls the FV3000’s motorized XY stage for multi-dimensional and multi-area time-lapse imaging. The system images cell changes over time, efficiently capturing large amounts of data during a single experiment. Mosaic imaging with a high-magnification objective can be fully automated to efficiently prepare composite images that do not lose resolution when enlarged. Microscopes with Z-drift compensation and a CO2 incubator enable long time-lapse experiments.
