Checking for Residue from Flux after Soldering

Residues from flux on a PCB sometimes remain after soldering, which can cause the PCB to corrode. As a result, inspectors need to check for the presence of flux residues after soldering.

Our Solution

Flux can be observed with fluorescence observation. A high-magnification image from the BX53M microscope with fluorescence observation enables you to easily detect if there are flux residues on a PCB.
