Evident was established as a standalone company in April 2023, comprising the former Scientific Solutions business of Olympus, marking a significant milestone in the development of our new company.

Building on our proven track record of innovation in imaging, instrumentation, and measurement solutions, we are excited to announce we have reorganized our internal structure into two business units to combine our competencies in key technologies:

• Micro Imaging Solutions includes all microscopy solutions in for both life science and material science applications.
• Test & Measurement encompasses our ultrasound, X-ray fluorescence, eddy current, phased array, and remote visual inspection technologies for industrial inspection, maintenance, and quality control applications.

This realignment will strengthen our innovation leadership in microscopy and measurement solutions and will allow Evident to leverage synergies in R&D and other capabilities to develop cutting-edge products, services and solutions that best meet our customers’ expectations and needs.
