It has come to our attention that we had shipped the IV9000GA model of the IPLEX GAir long-distance video borescope with a weaker-than-standard torque value for fixing the screws on the main shaft inside the main unit.

As part of our quality control efforts, we are offering a free repair to customers using the affected products.

Fault

The screws securing the main shaft inside the main unit of the video borescope were shipped with a weaker torque value than standard. If the screws fall out due to this issue, it may lead to disconnection of the internal cables, which may result in loss of normal use.
