The FLUOVIEW FV1200 can be equipped with a 4th confocal channel detector unit. This filter-based fluorescence detection unit attaches either to the filter or spectral type scanning unit and is used as an additional confocal channel for fluorescence detection. The combination of high-performance multialkali PMT selection and advanced coatings on all the mirrors ensures the high detection efficiency and clear observation even with weak fluorescence emissions.
