scanR v3.5 (Build 04324) Installer
1. Modifications
- This update has the following new functions:
- Compatibility of Neural Networks generated with cellSens 4.3.
- Support for CoolLED pE-400max.
- Support for Prior stage H117.
- Support of Lumencor SPECTRA X light engine with six independent LED channels (2023 version).
- Integration of NI USB-6343 - digital (8channel) and analog (4channel) output for laser control in CSU systems.
- Support of Windows 11.
- Faster analysis time.
- Rescan from gate functionality.
- Analysis User-friendlier interface.
2. General
This installer contains scanR software, including scanR Acquisition, scanR Analysis, scanR Analysis Visualization, scanR Desktop, and all scanR modules. A valid license is required to use the software. The type of the license determines which software modules are activated.
scanR version 3.5 is compatible with the TruAI™ models of cellSens version 4.3 or lower.
3. Installation Procedure
1. Before installation
This software comes with an “EVIDENT END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ." Prior to downloading the software, please read the EVIDENT END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT . When downloading begins, it automatically assumes that you agreed to this AGREEMENT.
2 System Requirements
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10, 64-bit (operating systems other than the above are not supported)
- CPU: Intel Pentium 4 1.3 GHz minimum (recommended 2 GHz or larger)
- Memory: 4 GB minimum (recommended 8GB or larger)
- Available space in hard disk: 5 GB
- Display monitor: Min. 1280 × 1024 pixel resolution with 32-bit true colors
- Input devices: Two-button mouse (scroll wheel recommended), keyboard
- Windows automatic updates and any virus protection program must be disabled.
3. Procedure to Download and Install the Update
- Select the file you want to download from the right side of the page. *Download file name: OLY-SCR-04324.zip (3.95 GB)
- Download the file, then double click the downloaded file to unzip it.
- In the unzipped file, double click the file scanR_Setup_3.5.0_(r4324).exe to start the installer.
- After reading the EVIDENT END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, follow the instructions on the screen.

** You cannot install the software unless the user account is registered as "System Administrator". If your account is registered as "Limited account", please ask "System Administrator" to change. (For user account registration, please refer to the user manual of your computer.)
