Our custom scanner enables 360° encoded bolt inspection. By coupling with our OmniScan™ ultrasonic flaw detectors, the bolt inspection scanner performs reliable scans and measurements of cylindrical components.
Easily Attaches to Varied Bolt Sizes
For improved mobility and easy attachment to any bolt, we optimized our aluminum-made bolt scanner to simplify the process of attaching accessories to the top of the bolt.
This enhancement enables the scanner to seamlessly adapt to various in-field inspection requirements. As the bolt scanner is 3D printed, you can customize it to match the required bolt size for your specific application needs.
