for the Lithium-Ion Battery Production Process
Electrode Manufacturing Process
Apply the electrode material to the metal foil, which is used as a current collector. After pressing it, cut the metal foil into the size of one electrode.
We provide a variety of solutions for measuring surface roughness, cross sections, and hole diameters.
Assembly Process
Laminate the cut electrode sheets. Insert the laminated electrode sheet into the battery container and inject the electrolyte. After discharging unnecessary gas, cover the battery container to complete the battery.
Our DSX1000 digital microscope supports quality control of contamination and burr.
Inspection
After charging and discharging repeatedly, leave the battery for a certain period of time and check the battery for initial failure.
