Olympus cellTIRF 시스템은 최대 4개 파장에 대한 진정한 동시 획득 기능을 제공합니다.
- 각 레이저에 대한 전동식 각도 제어를 통해 동일한 감쇠(±1nm) 침투가 가능하므로 세포 표면과 단일 분자의 고대비 이미지를 얻고 배경 노이즈를 최소화할 수 있습니다.
- cellTIRF-4Line 시스템에는 첫 번째 레이저 라인을 위한 포인트 FRAP 광학 장치가 통합되어 있어 추가 비용 없이 FRAP 및 포토스위칭 실험이 가능합니다.
이미징 안정성
IXplore 시스템의 프레임 구조와 초점 드라이브 설계는 강성을 높여 진동과 온도가 미치는 영향을 줄입니다.이렇게 되면 원하는 Z축 위치를 유지하여 신뢰할 수 있는 타임랩스 이미징을 얻을 수 있습니다.IXplore TIRF 현미경 시스템을 TruFocus 시스템과 결합하면 정렬되고 초점이 맞는 고정밀 타임랩스 이미지를 캡처할 수 있습니다.
TIRF 대물렌즈
전반사형광(Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence, TIRF)은 커버 유리 두께 및 온도에 맞게 조정되는 보정 칼라와 높은 신호 대 잡음비를 갖춘 다양한 대물렌즈로 구현됩니다.개구수가 1.5인 보정된 Plan Apochromat 대물렌즈를 사용하면 넓은 관측 시야로 균일한 고품질 이미지를 얻을 수 있습니다.세계에서 가장 높은 개구수(1.7)*를 갖춘 Olympus의 놀라운 TIRF 대물렌즈를 활용하세요.
