同步多色TIRF成像
奥林巴斯cellTIRF系统可以真正实现多达四种波长的同步采集。
- 每条激光的角度均可独立进行电动控制,使得不同波长的激光产生相等的消逝波渗透深度(±1 nm),从而获得更高对比度的细胞表面和单分子图像,同将背景噪声降至最低。
- cellTIRF-4谱线系统的第一条谱线还配备有内置的点FRAP光学器件,可以轻松实现FRAP和光转换实验,无需额外费用。
成像稳定性
IXplore系统的框架结构和聚焦驱动器设计增强了系统的刚性,降低了外界振动和温度变化对系统稳定性的影响。该系统可使Z轴保持在所需位置,以便进行可靠的延时成像。在与TruFocus系统组合使用时,IXplore TIRF显微镜系统可以保持清晰对焦,实现高精度多点延时图像的采集。
TIRF专用物镜
奥林巴斯提供多款全内反射荧光(TIRF)专用物镜,具有可以调节的校正环,适用于各种厚度的盖玻片和温度环境,可实现高信噪比成像。我们提供数值孔径1.5的平场校正复消色差物镜,在大视野下依然能够提供均匀优质的图像。此外,奥林巴斯拥有业界高数值孔径(高达1.7*)的TIRF专用物镜。
